| "All the people in Dijon know La Vapeur. Just ask someone your way as you come out of the station. Young and old, mothers with their children, they will all tell you how to get there without a moment of hesitation. La Vapeur is a local establishment. It is composed of 2 concert halls : the smallest (250 places) « Vapeur Club », is largely dedicated to local and new groups while the largest (800 places) welcomes national and international artists. La Vapeur, which turned 10 years old in 2005, has already welcomed various artists such as Keziah Jones, Radiohead, Cesaria Evora, No one is Innocent, Laurent Garnier, Les Wampas, or El Presidente. Offering 80 shows a year, this structure plays a role in broadcasting new music (pop, rock, reggae, french songs, rap and new trend).
